Questions people actually ask

Fair. Dr.cellx is a Korean skincare brand; the mask is made in Korea and distributed in the United States by Bloomkare, Inc., 412 Red Hill Ave #8, San Anselmo, CA 94960. Email hello@drcellx.com and a person replies during Seoul and U.S. hours.

It is fragrance-free and dermatologist tested, and Cica is in the formula specifically to calm. That said, every skin is different — the full ingredient list is published on the product page so you can check it against anything you react to.

Twice a week, about 40 minutes a time. One box is four sheets, so it lasts two weeks. The clinical result was measured at four weeks, which is two boxes.

Ask your doctor. We are a cosmetics brand and we are not going to give you medical advice — but the complete ingredient list is published on the product page, so you can bring it to the appointment.

Sebum and the buildup sitting in your pores, lifted by the bio-cellulose sheet over the forty minutes it is on. Rinse the used mask under running water and you can see it. That is the entire point of the product.

We ship within the United States only for now. Orders leave our U.S. warehouse within one business day, and typical transit is two to seven business days. Shipping is $6.95 flat, and free on orders over $40 — which two boxes clears. Rates for some U.S. regions may differ.

If the box is unopened, email hello@drcellx.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Once it is back with us in its original condition we refund the product price — original shipping is not refunded and a return shipping fee may apply, but there is no restocking fee. If it arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete, that one is on us: send your order number and a photo within 30 days and we replace it or refund it, your choice. An opened box cannot be returned, so the full ingredient list and the clinical numbers are published on the product page before you buy. Full terms are in our refund policy.
